Transistor Q in the LCD control circuit can overheat due to excessive collector current. Add a resistor to the collector path of Q 1. Cut the pattern between the collector of Q and R Hope that helps.

Hello many thanks for your answer ,were is this transistor Q? I always the same problem when i put a resistor 10 k between collector and the resistor.

Yamaha 03D having analog channel 7,8,9,10 dead. I started getting a high-pitched squeal on channel Now it came up again and when I inserted a device in to the input, it seemed like it stoppped all together. I can use and with no problems, but 7,8,9,10 are all dead.
